Pre-workout breakfast meal.

50g organic oats 140ml unsweetened almond milk, one banana, 5g chia seeds, 20g mixed nuts, 20g blueberries, 10g squeezy honey

Back from my recent holiday and my first pre workout breakfast meal since Wed 9th March 2018 when I went away. 

Not sure how I’m going to do today and whether I’ll be able to do the 16/8 nutrition plan. Normally I eat within an 8 hour window of 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. but since today was the first day back to my previous routine, I had a little bit of a lie-in and didn’t have this meal until 9:30 a.m. so if I do stick to my eight hour diet my last meal will be at 5:30 p.m today. Fasting period will only be 13 hours if I want to start again at 6:30 a.m. tomorrow.

It’s now 10:58 a.m. and I’m just about to head off to the gym my first session done for quite a while. Also had my pre-workout drink consisting of 10g BCAA and N-Xplode caffeine drink 30 minutes ago so that should be kicking in soon.

I was going to put it off and start tomorrow but just going to go in and do what I can today to try and get back into a routine again.
