Today seems to be one of those days.

I didn’t exactly wake up full of energy and ready to take the day on – It was more of a slow start.

When days like this happen, it just means that I have to focus and take one task at a time

6:42 a.m. I’ve done 15 minutes on the elliptical trainer and I’ve done 15 minutes on the rowing and now I’ve got 15 minutes on the cycling to do.

6:59 a.m. I have just completed 15 minutes cycling and I’m going to take a 5 minute break, have a couple of bananas and get ready for training Back muscles

7:38 a.m. I have just completed five exercises training Back muscles and now onto training Triceps. Stick with it, not long to go, another 30 for 40 minutes or so.

8:11 a.m. Four exercises on Triceps completed. I’ve been here since 6:05 a.m. and I’ve managed to get my 45 mins Cardio, my Back and my Triceps done even though I’ve been struggling while I’m here I might as well go on and do Forearms and Abs as well..keep going!

8:28 a.m. Forearms and Abs done, just a quick session not a long one but added on at the end.. time to get a quick shower and change and then go and get some breakfast

8:54 a.m. I’ve showered and changed and now in the car ready to head home for breakfast.

So relieved to have got today’s session out the way. Another one for the week completed and still on track for a full week.

I still managed to get up at 4:55 a.m. and do my goal setting and reviewing this morning and then to the gym at 6:05 a.m.

Allround a really good start to the day even though I’m not on top form and I don’t really feel that motivated today. Hopefully, energy and focus will pick up later.
